1992 – Present
Founded in 1992, Transfer Enterprises began as a veteran-owned service company with just two toolboxes and two pickup trucks. Over the years we’ve transformed from a small operation focused on decommissioning and service work into a full-fledged refurbishing shop committed to delivering exceptional quality, affordability, and sustainability in everything we do. With over 35 years of experience designing, building, and installing furniture, we are proud to become one of the largest furniture providers on the East Coast, featuring a 45,000 sq. ft. showroom.
Like many businesses, we faced significant challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic and the disruptions in the supply chain. To support our customers in continuing their operations, we had to shift gears and think outside of the box. This led us to pivot into manufacturing polycarbonate shields and cubicle extensions for companies and municipalities across the U.S. This approach helped us navigate the challenges we faced. Ultimately manufacturing has become a significant part of our operations.
Recognizing the opportunity for growth, we decided to expand our manufacturing capabilities in furniture. After a year of careful planning and waiting for our CNC machines to arrive, we were ready to dive into production. Our goal was clear: to create high-quality furniture using American and North American raw materials. By streamlining the manufacturing process, we’re able to offer great value and affordability to our clients.
